Lodging on Elk Lake
Lodging at White Birch Lodge ranges from simple to sensational! We offer several different types of accommodations to best fit the many families we serve. All units are within 50 yards of the astonishing blue waters of beautiful Elk Lake and are situated conveniently close to the activities we offer.
During the Summer months WBL exclusively offers a weekly all-inclusive resort experience and in the Fall, Winter and Spring months our accommodations book by the night (2 night minimum). We do not offer food service or any of the watersports programming in the Fall, Winter or Spring months. However our grounds are breathtaking year-round and it is always a wonderful time to enjoy the quiet splendor of Northern Michigan.
Summer All Inclusive Rates:
The 2024 Summer Program will run from June 15 until August 17. This Program features a full week stay; from Saturday to Saturday, with three meals daily, and countless activities included.
These rates are per week and per adult. Children ages 3–12 are half price, and under 3 are free!

The Lodge: Units 21 & 32–38
The Lodge offers quaint, charming 1 and 2 bedroom units with private baths and beautiful views. Units 21 and 36 feature separate living rooms.
Summer All-Inclusive Rates:

- August 10–17: $1,985
The Conrad House: Units 41–47, 51–55
The Conrad House offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom hotel-style units with a view of the lake and our beautiful grove, under a canopy of old growth hardwoods. Most include a porch or balcony. Units 45 and 46 have living rooms. Unit 46 provides a kitchen and fireplace.

Cabins: Units 13–15
Our cabins are individual units overlooking the grove and Elk Lake. They are cinderblock-constructed, offering 1 or 2 bedrooms, private baths and a spacious screened-in front porch.

Townhouses: Units 91–94
Our Townhouses are situated right on the beach. They are two story, two bedroom units. The bedrooms are located on the upper level with balconies overlooking the beach, our ski dock and boat dock, and of course, beautiful Elk Lake. Each unit has a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. The lower level has a living room and kitchen.

The Lodge: Units 21-26 & 31-38
The Lodge offers 1 and 2 bedroom units, some with private baths and many with views of the lake. Units 31-34 have a half bath and shared shower, whereas Units 35-38 have 2 bedrooms and full private baths. The dorm Units 21-26 is located on the upper level of the Lodge. These simple 1 bedroom, shared bath units offer comfortable sleeping with daily housekeeping service to the baths.

Condominiums: Units 101–503
Our Condominiums offer premium lodging. These 2 and 3 bedroom units have breathtaking views. Each unit has an open living room, dining room and kitchen. Cable TV, air conditioning, and laundry facilities are a few amenities the condominiums offer.
