Full deposit refundable with 120 days notice prior to scheduled vacation. We reserve the right to hold your payment until after the date of your scheduled arrival. No refund for late arrival or early departure.
Please – no personal watercraft (jet skis). No pets. Gratuity not included.
Condominiums require an additional $100 security deposit.
